Hey guys, Dan here bringing you a review on the all new Ringtone Designer app by BLACKOUT LABS! As of right now, Ringtone Designer has a 3 out of 5 star rating is ranked #5 on the top 25 paid apps. The name defines the purpose of the app: Create custom ringtones out of your iPod library music and use them as acutal ringtone and yes, it really works! Pretty amazing huh?
